Description

The Gen 2 Patagonian collection takes the feel of the Gen 1 and applies a sleeker blade to it making it ideal for fine precise cuts in the kitchen.  Perfect for cutting away pepper cores and slicing up onions, as well as other fruits and vegetables.  Not suited for use on hard rinds, stocks, or bones.

The Patagonian Utility Chef’s knife is the premiere knife line in the Fireborn collection.  The utility knife is the go to knife in the kitchen.  Versatile enough to handle light chef knife duties, yet nimble enough to make precise cuts where they matter.  Each handle is imported directly from Argentina and the mountains of Patagonia.  Every piece is unique and each wood can be chosen by the client as available.  This particular handle is made from Virapita wood.  The blade is made from the incredible  26c3 high carbon steel, which is capable of holding an edge sharper than a razor blade for much longer than most knives.

I’m not hiding anything with regards to my knives, this particular one is on sale due to a minor aesthetic defect occurring during shaping the handle as you can see in the photos where a small bit of the internal epoxy had become visible.
