The paring knife is perfect for tackling those finer tasks in the kitchen.  Use it to mince garlic, peel apples, or take the stems out of strawberries.

The blade is made from 26c3 high carbon steel.  It has been hardened to over 65RHC and will hold a razor’s edge for a long time.  The handle is made from the Exotic Patagonian Lapacho wood and is very unique with plenty of depth in the polished grain.
