This is a knife that was hammered into shape from a piece of rebar.  This is an unknown metal to me, so the edge is not guaranteed like the rest of my high end knives.  That said all of the rebar knives that I produce are hardened after shaping in a fast oil.  They file test between 50 and 55RHC.  These little handmade knives make great gifts.  Perfect for opening all of those Amazon packages.  The shapes and profiles are all different as I hammered them according to how the metal wanted to move at the time.
